In addition to uniform requirements, items of personal protective equipment are strongly advised eg. gumshields
The school is committed to ensuring that no child misses out on opportunities to participate in sporting activities on the grounds of affordability of clothing or equipment. Where branded items or specialist equipment are required for sporting competition, a loan system will be in place for those unable to purchase items. Where pupils or their parents have concerns, they should speak to members of the Pastoral team or PE team. Discretion is assured.
Pre-worn Uniform
The school operates a pre-worn uniform bank. Parents are encouraged to donate blazers, trousers, skirts, shoes, items of PE wear or equipment (eg. hockey sticks, football boots) that are clean and in good condition to the school. Items can be accessed at publicised intervals throughout the year or by contacting the school.
