Members of the Young Enterprise group form and run a small company set up to promote innovative products and services that will appeal to a market. The pupils appoint a Managing Director, Human Resource Directors, Operations Directors, Sales and Marketing chiefs, a Finance Director, IT experts and a Company Secretary. Members of the Young Enterprise Company will have the opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial talents at trade fairs. The Young Enterprise programme represents the perfect forum for Down High’s innovators to prepare for life in a competitive economic environment.
