Pupils are encouraged to identify a local or global issue which they wish to investigate each term. They are encouraged to find out about the issue and inform the rest of the school of their findings through the display of posters and the leading of school assemblies.
Pupils will take action on a range of issues through letter writing and generating publicity.
The Global and Local Action Club is a recent winner of the local round of Environmental Youth Speak.
